The "Secret to Success"- FOCUS

I have been approached numerous times in the last week by people launching a new direct sales company and telling me that it would be a great opportunity for me. They figure that since I have already been so successful with Younique, that I would easily be successful with their company too. What they don't realize is that they are missing one of the biggest "secrets" to success and that is this: FOCUS.
Success does not come by throwing yourself into multiple different plans, companies, directions and hoping one "sticks" and makes you rich. For truly life changing results, with any company and any goal you must focus. Focus on your single goal until you achieve it.
Follow One Course Until Successful.
Besides the fact that it is against compliance for top leaders to work in more than one direct sales company, and that it is virtually impossible to be at the top of more than one company at a time, dividing your time and attention between multiple teams and companies will hurt you more than it will ever help you.
Whether your focus is Younique or some other company, and if your goal it is to replace a full time income, you must pick ONE and run with it! I am not talking about my hobbyist presenters who enjoy casually doing multiple companies. I love my hobbyists and I think that is fine. However, if your goal is Orange or higher, you must focus your attentions on ONE company.

I love you all! Thank you for making this such a rewarding "job!"

Younique By Nichole and #BeTheGood

I was recently challenged by Cents of Style and Jane to take part in the #BeTheGood campaign. My life long friends Courtney Brown and Brenann Lau, the brains behind Cents of Style, have been such an inspiration and example of empowering women so I knew I had to take part.

I know that so much joy can come from helping, inspiring and encouraging others and I am thrilled to take part in this campaign! To me, part of "Being the Good" means doing something, big or small, that helps and uplifts another.  It can be big, such as teaching and training someone a new skill that empowers them to change their life by finding a new career, or something simple, like paying for someone's coffee.

I challenge all of you to take a part in this movement and spread goodness throughout!  Good luck my friends... you have 24hrs to complete a service or act of kindness. See below for details:

1. Choose a good deed. It could be as simple as paying for the coffee after yours.

2. Share your goods. Pick your favorite social channel (Facebook, Instagram, Vine, Twitter, etc.), but first, make sure to take a selfie (or something appropriate to your story), and share your story, big or small. Be sure to use these hashtags to help this campaign spread: #BeTheGood #JaneCares and #CentsofStyle. You’ll see your story featured at http://Jane.com/bethegood

3. Tag 1-5 of your friends to do the same within a 24 hr period.

4. Look stylish while doing it! Jane.com and Cents of Style are selling some super cute #BeTheGood t-shirts on Jane.com. All profits made will be donated to Girls Inc. an organization that inspires girls to be strong, smart and bold.

Younique by Nichole's #BeTheGood

Today my family decided to #BeTheGood by heading out to a truck stop in the hills of Fairbanks, Alaska.  This place is famous for it's amazing pie and we figured that this might be a great place to help make others smile. Shortly after our arrival we learned that the Pioneer Home, an assisted living facility, had planned a trip there for lunch.  Perfect! I chatted with my husband and we decided that our Good for the day would be to purchase slices of pie for the elderly ladies and gentlemen who were on their way.

We left before the group learned about their free pie but one of my favorite parts of this trip was talking with our waitress.  Once we told her of our plans she told us story after story of the random acts of kindness that she had been benefited from over the years.  It was nice to see how easily people remember the kinds acts that others do for them.  I also could tell that our act today brightened her day and mood.  I am excited to see what other acts we can come up with for the week and I plan to let you all know about them, as they come!
Your turn! How do you plan to Be The Good? Remember to get your shirt as all profits benefit Girls Inc.

My Letter to The Prospective Younique Presenter...

I am so excited about this opportunity with a new company.  Because it is so new and the products are so fabulous, the earning potential is limitless!

Younique is a brand new company- so new their products are not even available until November 1.  They just started recruiting Presenters on October 1  and I was the 36th person to sign up (October is their recruiting month with a lot of incentives to sign up now).

The cost to start up is just 99.00   (which is much below the industry average for direct sales companies) and for that you will receive a Presenter's kit with product cards, business cards, a new Presenters guide and  a classy tote box to carry these things in plus you get your own web page free for a year.  An incentive to sign up early is that the web site is included for one year, rather than 3 months for people who sign up later.  After that it costs only 10.00 a month.  There are also other incentives for those who sign up in October such as up to $500 in free products and drawings for prizes such as a cruise.

November is when the products will become available and the Presenter's websites become active.  The initial products are Mood Struck mineral eyeshadows, Mood Struck eye makeup brushes,  Moostruck 3D Fibre Lashes, and magnetic nail polish (this stuff is so cool).  They can be purchased individually or there is a collection available with your choice of four colors of eyeshadow, the brushes, and 3D Fiber Lashes  in a case for 99.00.  Other products will be significantly cheaper.

In December the Virtual Party program will be up and running.  Although Presenters can have traditional parties, the focus for Younique sales is social media.  You can have any of your friends host a virtual party. This is a fun new concept and  as someone who hates to sell things and feel as though I am pressuring anyone, I am excited to learn more about it. Also, in December two new product lines will be introduced,  shoe jewelry and Leggies  (the half  socks to wear with boots).

In January they will be in full launch mode and constantly adding new items.

When you make your first sale, a debit card is activated and your commission goes on to the debit card immediately. From there on out, every time you make a sale, your commission wilt automatically be added to your card.  No waiting 30-90 days like many other companies.

You can also recruit Presenters and earn money from their sales and earn more incentives such as free products.

One of the really unique things about Younique is their program to encourage Presenters to submit product ideas to be developed.  If your idea is chosen you will receive Royalties on it every time it is sold. I love this idea and think it is great that they allow their Presenters to be involved in the creation and choosing of the products they sale.  Plus it is an extra way to earn even more.

There is a lot more that I am still learning about.  I am taking a leap here because I know of the talent, integrity and work ethic of the founders.  I will be getting more information and training over the next few weeks.  If you are really interested, let me know and can will get together.  And, of course, if you know of anyone else who is interested, I would be happy to talk to them also.  This is a great opportunity that I think has potential to be a fun and profitable adventure.  I really appreciate that the market is not saturated like it is for Scentsy, Pampered Chef and Mary Kay.  You will truly be selling unique products!

You may have already checked out their beautiful  website, and Facebook page.  Here it the website if you want to learn more:    https://www.youniqueproducts.com/ "
You can also learn more on my Facebook page.

Parties will be hosted online and you can use outlets such as Facebook, Twitter and your personal blogs to reach even more people.

If you want to sign up just go to the website to learn more and register (and use my name as your sponsor ;) ) And honestly no pressure, I'm just super excited about it and thought you might be too.

Please let me know if I can do anything for you. Email nichole @ Gooddealdivas . com (remove spaces).
